Delivery

Orders will be dispatched to UK addresses by Royal Mail services as follows

Orders will be dispatched to the rest of Europe, North America. Australia and New Zealand within 24 hours, normally by Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days. NOTE: International orders weighing more than 2Kg may incur additional delivery charges - we will contact you if this is the case with a shipping quote

Orders for UK delivery of £50 or over are dispatched for next working day delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery (this may take longer to the more remote parts of mainland Scotland and the Scottish Islands). For items dispatched on Friday, Saturday deliveries are often made to residential addresses, but cannot be guaranteed.

Note: Orders placed during Bank Holiday periods will result in delays to this schedule.

• VAT (currently 17.5%) must be charged on all goods sent to addresses within the VAT Territory of the EU, currently: United Kingdom and the Isle of Man, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, except the Faroe Islands and Greenland, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany (except Busingen and the Isle of Heligoland), Greece, Hungary, The Republic of Ireland, Italy (except the communes of Livigno and Campione d’Italia and the Italian waters of Lake Lugano), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira), Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain (including the Balearic Islands but excluding Cueta and Melilla), and Sweden.
  
  
• VAT will not be charged on goods sent outside the EU VAT Territory, currently: The rest of the World, including The Channel Islands, Andorra, San Marino, The Aland Islands (Finland), The Canary Islands, The overseas departments of France (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, St Pierre and Miquelon, and French Guiana), Mount Athos (Greece), Gibraltar and The Vatican City. Note: You may be liable to local taxes on entry of the goods to your country if outside the EU VAT territory.
  
  
• We can supply without charging VAT to VAT registered businesses outside the UK but within the EU VAT Territory if shipping directly to that business and we are supplied with a valid VAT registration number for that business.
  
  

• Customers will be informed about any out-of-stock items by e-mail as soon as possible.
  
  
• If we cannot deliver the goods within the above timescales you will be informed immediately and, with your agreement, another time for delivery will be arranged. If we cannot agree on another time for delivery, you will be given the option of cancelling the order (credit and debit card orders are not debited until dispatch). If you have already paid for the items by cheque, you will be offered a refund.
