The comfortable padding system reduces the force of impacts and works in combination with a high performance ventilation system. Your feet are not only protected but also well ventilated without the danger of becoming cold. The AirConditioning Channel is the central component of the heat and moisture regulation system. Every movement of the foot and the pumping action of the arch of the foot transfers the hot, moist air to the AirConditioning Channel and out of the boot. The easing off of pressure draws a flow of “fresh” air into the shoe. The circulating fresh air ensures that the feet stay comfortably dry and the temperature around them pleasantly constant. Because when you’re skiing only dry feet are capable of withstanding impacts, and the skin is better able to resist abrasions and pressure sores.

Air-conditioning channel: a fine-knit mesh is an air-flow system providing ventilation for the foot and leg between the padding zones. It conducts air away from the anatomically-shaped foot-bed via the inside surface of the foot and thus ensures that moist, overheated air is pumped out of even tight fitting boots with every movement
Shin Protector: acts as a shock absorber and reduces the incidence of painful pressure points and the risk of sustaining scrapes and bruises
Calf Protector: pads and relieves strain on the muscles, without confining in any way
