Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestr, Solo and VISA Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (or 10am Saturday) are usually dispatched the same day.

UK: 1st Class delivery takes 1 business day in the majority (over 90%) of cases. Royal Mail Special Delivery is a guaranteed next working day service and for most UK addresses delivery is made by 1pm next business day.

Orders are dispatched to the rest of Europe, North America. Australia and New Zealand , normally by Royal Mail Airmail service. Delivery should take 2 to 5 working days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges 1. VAT will not be charged on goods sent outside the EU VAT Territory, currently: The rest of the World, including The Channel Islands, Andorra, San Marino, The Aland Islands (Finland), The Canary Islands, The overseas departments of France (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, St Pierre and Miquelon, and French Guiana), Mount Athos (Greece), Gibraltar and The Vatican City. Note: You may be liable to local taxes on entry of the goods to your country if outside the EU VAT territory.

3. We can supply without charging VAT to VAT registered businesses outside the UK but within the EU VAT Territory if shipping directly to that business and we are supplied with a valid VAT registration number for that business.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy 1. Goods may be returned if unsuitable for exchange / refund within 14 days if in original condition and boxed (this does not apply to Software). Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods were faulty.
2. All Footwear returns must be authorised by telephoning us on 0845 680 1945. Footwear may only be returned if they are in "as new" condition, boxed & have not been worn outside. A restocking fee of £5 will be applied to all footwear returned in addition to original delivery charge.
3. Swing tags and labels must be returned with clothing.
